Questionnaires

WHY ARE QUESTIONNAIRES USEFUL?

Most people find questionnaires more convenient and easier to conduct. All you have to do to conduct a questionnaire is create a list of questions for a list of different types of people to answer and give their opinion. Furthermore, information from questionnaires is easier to accumulate as it can contain both open and closed questions.

TOP TIPS FOR PRODUCING QUESTIONNAIRES

- Creating strategic and clever questions

- Make sure your questions are relevant and can be useful to the questionnaire.

- Keeping questions short and simple will certainly receive a lot of responses!
Nobody enjoys answering long questions.

- Language is very important. Sophisticated and bombastic words may confuse
readers and disrupt their interest with the questionnaire.

- Always place the important questions in the first half of the questionnaires.
Readers might lose interest through out the questionnaire and you might lose
your information!

  1. This post is very informative and succinct. I like the fact that you bulleted your tips so that it's easier for readers to read. But you could've elaborated a little tiny-weeny bit more about your top tips, to help those who are still creating questionnaires. (:

  2. Erm, Maxwell, Your spider diagram looks a bit weird. I think you should change the layout so that the information can be shown clearly. And by the way, did you copy and paste stuff right from the internet as it seems like that due to the sentence being cut off in the middle part and continued in the next line. Or are you trying to create some poetry? However, overall, your ideas are short and straight to the point and the usage of bullet points really make it easier for the readers. Maybe adding in a few pictures or symbols will make the effect better as it will grab people's attention.

P.s. I know my grammar is horrible as I did not read through what I wrote!
