Feedback

Everybody thinks they are right in a war. You would not fight a war if you know that you're wrong. My point is, to make things perfect you will need a third party involved. Feedbacks are comments made by others from other points of view on your actions or work. It may seem flawless if you look at your actions or work, but it may seem different to other people's opinion. Feedbacks are all about spotting strength and weaknesses. If someone spots a mistake in you, you should be thankful because you have a mistake to learn from. Learning from mistakes is the ultimate key in learning. If there is no mistakes in you, then there is nothing in this Universe you don't know about.

GOOD COMMENTS

Good comments can be very helpful. It tells you what you did right, and what you can improve on. What you did right you should continue to develop on; what you dis wrong you should try not to make the same mistakes anymore, learn from it. It posses a great impact on you and will help you tremendously with your studies.

BAD COMMENTS

Bad comments are are pointless, useless and a disgrace. It tells you some nonsense that are utterly meaningless. Normally these nonsense are just random stuffs like 'nice (y)' or 'short and simple'. Some people even try to be funny or flirty b commenting pointless things like 'sweet like honey, just like you'. You can't learn anything from it, it basically tells us nothing. If someone puts a comment that looks like a grade, or a percentage, it can be anything. It can be the amount you got wrong, or the amount you got right, or the amount of words you wrote comparing with his, could be anything. NONSENSE!

Blogs are a good way to give feedback because:
- It's virtual and the comments can be reviewed.
- Feedbacks can be done on a blog and it is certainly a positive reinforcement.
- Critiques can also helps and improve the learning of student.
- Simple and great platform for students to exchange views and opinions on their work.
- Shy or left out students can offer their comments to other students to save themselves from embarrassment.

I think I have been giving kind of bad and useless feedbacks to other learners, although some of them are quite average. Some of the comments I have made on other students are quite obvious that it is 'just for the sake of getting over with' kind of comment, for example: 'Simple and sweet, the way I like it'. I confess that I feel guilty after learning what benefits good feedbacks can give to a learner and what evil bad feedbacks can do and harm a learner. I shall make some improvements.

After I read this learner's work, I gave her feedback. I included points of where she did particularly well, where she could improve on, and what goal she should aim for next time. I think that this learner may feel a little motivated after what I have said about her blogging skills. She could improve on making her blogs more interesting by adding pictures in.

Thats all I have to say for this posting.
Special thanks to a SMART friend who helped and encourage me to do this work up to my standards.

Questionnaires for Usage of Water

1. Do you play with water with your fiends at your backyard?

2. Do you sleep in your bathroom?

3. Do you listen to music while taking a bath?

4. Do you have long hair?

5. Do you use water spray or toilet paper to clean up after excreting your waste?

Questionnaires

WHY ARE QUESTIONNAIRES USEFUL?

Most people find questionnaires more convenient and easier to conduct. All you have to do to conduct a questionnaire is create a list of questions for a list of different types of people to answer and give their opinion. Furthermore, information from questionnaires is easier to accumulate as it can contain both open and closed questions.

TOP TIPS FOR PRODUCING QUESTIONNAIRES

- Creating strategic and clever questions

- Make sure your questions are relevant and can be useful to the questionnaire.

- Keeping questions short and simple will certainly receive a lot of responses!
Nobody enjoys answering long questions.

- Language is very important. Sophisticated and bombastic words may confuse
readers and disrupt their interest with the questionnaire.

- Always place the important questions in the first half of the questionnaires.
Readers might lose interest through out the questionnaire and you might lose
your information!

5 ways to conserve water in a farm

5 ways to conserve water in a farm

Make sure nothing is leaking
FARMERS KEEP THEIR IRRIGATING SYSTEM ON 24/7. IF THE FARMER DOESN'T REALIZE PAIPS ARE LEAKING, THEIR MIGHT BE A CHANCE THAT IT WOULD REMAIN ON FOREVER!

Bathing horses
HORSES DO NOT NEED TO BATH VERY OFTEN. YET, THEY ALSO DISLIKE BATHS. SO YOU GET TO SAVE WATER AND KEEP YOUR HORSE HAPPY! KILLING 2 BIRDS WITH ONE STONE IS DEFINITELY A GREAT START.

Knowing you crops
CROPS ARE LIKE GOLD FISHES. THEY EAT AS MUCH S THEY CAN SHOVE INTO THEIR MOUTH. IF YOU FEED THEM TOO MUCH, THE DIE, SAME GOES THE OTHER WAY AROUND. ITS IMPORTANT TO KNOW THE AMOUNT OF WATER DIFFERENT CROPS NEED.

When to water
"TIMING IS EVERYTHING!" THAT WAS WHAT DAN MILLER SAID ON HIS DEATH BED. IF YOU HAVE BAD TIMING IN WATERING YOUR CROPS, IT WOULD WASTE MORE WATER. WATERING YOUR CROPS ON A HOT OR WINDY TIME OF THE DAY WILL CAUSE UNNECESSARY EVAPORATION.

Choosing the right irrigating system
A OBESE PERSON NEEDS MORE MEAT. A VEGETARIAN PERSON CONSUMES NO MEAT! DIFFERENT TYPES OF CROPS NEED DIFFERENT TYPES OF IRRIGATING SYSTEM. CROPS MAY BE MORE PRODUCTIVE IF YOU GET THE RIGHT IRRIGATING SYSTEM!

I have chosen to present my findings through Keynote because it's the easiest and simplest way to understand more about how to conserve water in the farm.

Bolehland

Maxwell will turn 16 this year and he will have his bike license this year. Everyday, around midnight, he will rempit (riding a motorbike doing stupid stunts) all day with his large friend, Syafiq. Maxwell really loves his country, MALAYSIA BOLEH! Especially Najib. He has a local idol, called Karam Singh Waliah. He loves eating bak kut teh, and many more funny chinese food you will never remember. 1 VERY IMPORTANT thing you should know, he has more Indian and Malay friends then his own race, chinese fellars.
